Domestic Complex Roofwork
This is a recent domestic project in Tunbridge Wells. It incorporated chimney work, ornate and complex leadwork and roof light installation.
High Performance Membrane
This is a domestic project undertaken in Kent. It was a three layer High Performance Membrane System with insulation. We provided a 15 year guarantee for workmanship and products used.
Cladding, Soffits and Fascia Replacement
This recent project was situated in Bickley, Kent. It involved an entire cladding, Soffit and Fascia replacement, new ridge tile ventilation, new dormer roof and new guttering and downpipes.
Slate, Ventilation and Lead Flashing
This was a large commercial contract based in West Sussex. It involved a full slate system, a ventilation system, ornate lead work including lead mansards and lead step flashings etc.
Loft Conversion
This is a loft conversion project. This is a bungalow in Farnborough, Kent that was transformed into a considerably larger residence. The large dormer has provided this two bedroomed bungalow with a third, huge master bedroom with dressing room and en-suite bathroom. The conversion took 6 weeks to complete and Tecta Conversions were employed to undertake every stage of the development from design and planning, to the build, project management and decoration.
Another Loft Conversion
This is another example of one of Tecta's loft conversion projects in Bickley, Kent. This two bedroom chalet-style house with a downstairs family bathroom was converted into a three bedroom, one en-suite and an upstairs family bathroom within 10 weeks. We also undertook a complete refurbishment of the downstairs, creating an open-plan kitchen diner and downstairs cloakroom. Again, Tecta Conversions completed every stage from design & planning through construction and decoration.
