We are based in Bromley, Kent, but also undertake domestic and residential contracts in Sussex and London. We have full Public and Employers Liability Insurance and are members of the Confederation of Roofing Contractors (www.corc.co.uk) and the Federation of Master Builders (www.fmb.org.uk). We are strictly vetted by these authorities and abide by their standards of membership.
We know that trusting a contractor who is working on your property is of utmost importance, therefore all our staff are CRB checked (Criminal Record Bureau) and are fully trained and up-to-date with legislation in regard to Health & Safety. Tecta Roofing provide a call out service for storm damage or emergency work. If your roof has been damaged by storms, accident or any other incident, we will:
- Supply temporary protection for your property to prevent any further damage or loss and to ensure safety.
- Carry out a detailed roof report of work required.
- Help with Insurance claims if applicable.
- Complete repairs or restoration
Tecta Roofing also have a sub-division company called Tecta Conversions. They undertake loft/roof conversions. They can provide a full service from design and plans, to build completion.
