Tecta Roofing undertake a variety of commercial and industrial contracts. We work with Insurance companies (including emergency call-outs and roof inspections), Estate agents, Property Management companies, Local Authorities, Schools and Large Building Contractors.
We are based in Bromley, Kent but also undertake commercial contracts in Sussex and London. We are have full Public and Employers Liability insurance and are members of the Confederation of Roofing Contractors (www.corc.co.uk) and the Federation of Master Builders (www.fmb.org.uk). Health & Safety is an essential area for Tecta Roofing. Our entire workforce are up-to-date with legislation and obtain annual Health & Safety training and trained to CSCS standard. Tecta Roofing hold a GOLD Certificate of Commitment with CSCS. We have an External Health & Safety Advisor – Ken Catmull (Associates ltd) www.casafety.co.uk. Tecta Roofing have an in-house Health & Safety manual, including company policies such as, First Aid, COSHH policy, Risk Assessment policy, PPE policy, Safe Working Practices, Environmental policy & Equal Opportunities policy.
We undertake most aspects of roofing, ranging from High Performance Membranes, Slating & Tiling, Lead work, Fascias, Soffits & Guttering, to Roof Lights, Mastic Asphalt, Green Roof Systems, and Roof Maintenance. We have office staff constantly on hand to enable efficiency and organisation. We have field representatives who will provide site visits, roof reports, core samples, digital photography of findings and quotations. Method statements and risk assessments are also carried out if applicable. We are constantly working with surveyors and architects and understand the problems and difficulties with commercial contracts.
